With over 8 years' experience spanning nursing, compliance, and service leadership, she sets the standard that every member of the team works to uphold.
Her background ensures robust governance, strong safeguarding systems, and a culture of accountability across the entire organisation — so every person we support receives care that meets the highest professional standards.
