Our Story

From Staffing Specialists to Domiciliary Care Leaders

S&N Flexi Agency Ltd was founded in 2022 by Susan Olueh, a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse with over eight years' experience across nursing, compliance, and service leadership. Her vision was clear: to build a care organisation where clinical rigour and genuine compassion are inseparable.

We began as a specialist healthcare staffing provider, placing experienced nurses and care assistants across residential, supported living, and nursing facilities throughout the North West. In August 2023, we expanded directly into domiciliary care — responding to growing demand for high-quality, community-based support in Bolton, Cumbria, and surrounding areas.

Today, we support over 50 service users across Bolton, Warrington, Cumbria, and the wider North West — working in close partnership with local authorities, NHS teams, and commissioners to deliver person-centred care that meets and exceeds CQC requirements.

Founded as a Healthcare Staffing Agency

Launched by Susan Olueh to supply experienced nursing professionals and care assistants across the North West.

Expanded into Domiciliary Care

CQC registration secured; domiciliary care services launched across Bolton and Cumbria in response to growing community demand.
